Terms and Conditions – Dahlia Tuber Sales
PLEASE READ BEFORE MAKING YOUR PURCHASE
1. Product Quality
All dahlia tubers are grown, harvested, and inspected by hand to ensure they are healthy, true to name, and viable with at least one healthy eye.
Each tuber will have at least one visible eye and be suitable for planting.
Due to natural variations, size, shape, and color of tubers may vary in firmness, texture and size.
2. Ordering and Payment
Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase to secure your order.
3. Shipping
We currently ship tubers within NEW ZEALAND only.
Orders will ship in late August/Sept.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct; we are not responsible for lost or
mis-delivered packages due to incorrect details.
4. Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of tubers, we do not accept returns if you simply change your mind after your purchase or when you receive your tubers.
If your tubers arrive damaged or rotten, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We may offer a replacement (if available) or a refund at the price purchased.
5. Growing Conditions
We cannot guarantee success after planting, as growing results depend on climate, soil, weather, and care practices beyond our control.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to research appropriate growing methods for their region.
6. Substitutions
We aim to fulfill all orders as placed. However, in rare cases of crop failure or inventory discrepancy, we will refund you for that tuber vairety or issue a replacement if a suitable alternative is available.
7. Biosecurity
We follow strict and careful practices on our farm to ensure we do not grow or distribute any plants that show signs of viruses, pests, or crown gall.
We are not responsible for any issues that arise after the tuber has been delivered and comes into contact with your garden environment. This includes exposure to soil-borne diseases, pests, viruses, or crown gall that may already be present in your garden.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the tubers. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from the use or failure of our products.

Important Purchasing Information
We have limited quantities as we are a small flower farm and some varieties will have 1 limit per order, as these are more sort-after varieties giving more opportunity for individual’s to secure a desired tuber on their wish list.
Once a tuber is sold out, that's it!
So you’ll have to be quick to secure the tubers you are wanting to buy. With that being said, once a tuber is in your cart it can disappear as it may sell out by the time your enter in card details.
